DirectorKate creates the vision behind Silver Spur Productions, leading strategy, partnerships, communications, media and stakeholder engagement. With extensive experience across events, mining, government, corporate affairs, tourism and community engagement, she understands how to bring businesses, government and communities together around a shared idea.
Kate leads the development of event concepts and strategic partnerships, working closely with sponsors, media, government and stakeholders to build support, create value and position each project for success. Her strength lies in seeing the bigger picture, shaping the concept, story and relationships that Kim then brings to life through seamless event delivery.
Kim Trott
DirectorKim has always had a strong connection to events, with extensive hands-on experience in planning, coordinating and delivering events from concept through to completion.
At Silver Spur Productions, she leads event operations, financial management and production, bringing the practical expertise needed to turn creative ideas into well-planned, achievable and professionally delivered experiences. With a strong eye for logistics and a clear understanding of what it takes to make an event work behind the scenes, Kim manages the all the moving parts. Her ability to balance creativity with practical execution ensures every concept is not only exciting on paper, but can be delivered seamlessly in the real world.
